Running Our WI
We are lucky to have a good number of people on our committee so the work is spread out between us. Elections for our committee take place every March at the AGM so if you would like to see what is involved in being a committee member, please speak to one of us. There are 3 members of the committee who are essential – and legally required – for each WI. They are The President, The Secretary and The Treasurer - the full Committee is listed at the bottom of the page

The Committee meets every month to manage and plan the next and future monthly meetings.

We have a very strong re-cycling ethos - these items are collected at every monthly meeting so do please bring them along to save wastage and landfill.​​​

*Postage Stamps
*Milk bottle tops
*Make up, cosmetics and toothpaste dispensers
*Unwanted carrier bags and fabric bags made by our WI ladies for the Thatcham Food Bank
We provide Toiletry Packs to West Berkshire Hospital for those who've been taken in urgently consisting of things like soap, toothpaste and toothbrush, flannel etc
